Strategic leader in finance and operations. He has held key positions at Scania Mexico, including Director of Sales and After Sales, as well as CFO of its commercial and financial divisions. He has also provided strategic advice in business structuring, national and international tax planning, and Transfer Pricing, including the negotiation and compliance of Advance Pricing Agreements for more than 25 years (18 in Big Four). His experience has been particularly focused on manufacturing operations in Mexico, supporting companies in highly regulated sectors.
Global Trade and Customs specialist with 25 years of experience (22 in Big Four). Certified as Risk Management by the OAS in ISO28000, she also obtained the ISO Certification in Compliance Management Systems. She has specialized in customs matters, corporate restructure, mergers, spin-offs of IMMEX companies, global trade audits, risk analysis of VAT and IEPs certification, ISO31000 risk management and implementation of customs inventory control software (Annex 24 and 30).
He has 26 years of experience (25 in Big Four) in Audit and Attest Services and is a member of the Guadalajara Public Accountant College (CCPGDL as per its acronym in Spanish) Opinion Committee. His experience includes International and U.S. Audit Standards, including compliance with SOX-404 internal control reporting rules, International and Domestic Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS-US GAAP-ASC). He has worked for the Manufacturing, Technology, Automotive, Machinery, Medical and Health sectors, as well as hotel, professional and construction services companies, among others.
Certified Public Accountant with a Master's Degree in Taxes, with more than 18 years of experience in the practice of audit and attest services in Big Four. With extensive experience in Auditing Standards and Procedures, Governmental Accounting, Mexican Financial Reporting Standards, American Accounting Standards (US GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Preparation and review of financial statements under these standards, evaluation and implementation of internal control and SOX-404, review of compliance with federal and local taxes (ISR, VAT, IEPS, excise and environmental taxes, social security, etc.), corporate restructurings, corporate compliance advisor and Statutory Auditor function.
She has more than 10 years of experience in the Audit area in Big Four, 6 years in the financial area of the automotive industry. She is currently a member of the Public Accountant College of Mexico. Certified in Six Sigma Green Belt by savings project. She has several studies in International Financial Reporting Standards, as well as in Tax Law.
She has 32 years of experience in the Audit area in Big Four. She has obtained several certifications such as Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF's), International Financial Reporting Standards, American Standards by EY, as well as International Standards on Auditing (ISA's). She is currently a professor at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) - Campus Querétaro teaching subjects for the bachelor’s degree in public accounting, she was a professor at the Escuela Bancaria Comercial (EBC).
